Inger Schafer

Accounts Manager
Inger is the grit and spirit of the company playing many roles in operations. Her main one is bookkeeper and mother of the company’s two mascots, Carlee and Kathleen. She also plays the role of key demographic and evaluates the design and messaging solutions. Inger will never pass up an opportunity to help a friend or pass up the chance to jog or play linebacker.

Ashleigh Smith

Graphic Designer
Ashleigh is a graphic designer with roots in fine arts, a love for all things creative, and a BFA in graphic design from Rhode Island School of Design (RISD). Ashleigh has a passion for design that almost trumps her passion for caring for others. Almost. She thrives finding distinct and pertinent solutions for organizations and causes.

Joe Tan

Systems Analyst / Web Developer
For over seven years, Joe and Michael have been building non-profit websites together. Joe delivers creative user experience strategies and then executes them beautifully. He has extensive knowledge in Convio, WordPress, and Google apps which has helped many clients looking to increase their fundraising without breaking their bank. Joe earned his BS in computer science at Simon Fraser University in Canada where he picked up his joy for guitar and uses that skill to lead worship at church.

Hannah Hudson

Junior Graphic Designer
Hannah, a perpetual traveler, just joined the team from Arkansas where she just completed her undergraduate degree in graphic design and photography. She has a passion for design in all forms and especially thrives in the details. She draws inspiration from nature, books and gadgets. Some words to describe her are quirky, unique, and unexpected.
